Staffing adjusts to the level of service expected and dictated by the type of service preferred: formal plated, family-style, buffet, passed hors d’oeuvres, stationary grazing table or a combination of passed & stationary apps.
When renting a public venue we provide a Certificate of Insurance with Workman’s Comp & Liquor Liability exposures.
