Beautiful Events, Planned with Care

Since 1990, Cheers Butler Service has been providing Fairfield & Westchester County hosts with Professional Chefs & Bartenders and Polished Wait Staff along with the flexibility of doing as much or as little that makes $en$e for hosts to hand over to them. Cheers fills the gaps to make hosting milestone celebrations, dinner parties & corporate events seamless.

Then in October 2022, Cheers 20+ year Party Chef Vicki Robinson joined Cheers as its Executive Chef and ever since has been wowing Cheers clients with her artistic grazing table presentations and foods that please the most discriminating palette.

The team of John Piro & Chef Vicki has made hosting events as simple as creating the invite, sending out the invitations & managing the RSVP’s!

“John Piro always delivers. He has assisted me with several large family gatherings, most recently a gender reveal party. The staff who arrived were very professional and immediately went to work setting up our tent, tables, and chairs. They then arranged the hors d’oeuvres beautifully, and as food arrived from the caterer, they displayed everything perfectly and stocked all the drinks in coolers with ice. As guests arrived, they were served with efficiency and care. It was clear the team had done this many times before. The answer is YES. Cheers Butler Service is the way to go. Two weeks before my party of 60 guests, I contacted John Piro, the owner of this outstanding catering and staffing company. Together with Chef Vicki, they quickly organized the menu, staffing, and overall plan that made my gathering a complete success. The presentation was excellent, the food was beautiful and delicious, and they served a warm apple pie–flavored cocktail that was perfect for a chilly New England night — everyone loved it. I was initially skeptical since they don’t offer complimentary tastings, but I’m so glad I chose them. John truly understands what an event needs beyond just good food. The bartender, Becca, was amazing, attentive, and upbeat — everyone talked about how great she was, and we even have a video of her dancing. Vicki and her assistant Bonnie worked tirelessly to keep the hors d’oeuvres flowing. Vicki has a great eye for layout and color, knows her food well, and handled gluten-free adjustments beautifully. There were no surprises — just clear communication and efforts to keep expenses reasonable. John Piro is an experienced professional who genuinely cares about doing things right. This versatile team can handle any type of event with skill and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be booking them again — unless you beat me to it.
